Eustis Event Rentals was founded in 2023 by Logan Larochelle and his local Eustis family with a simple mission: make event setup easy and stress-free for Central Florida families and businesses. What is the delivery fee?
Delivery starts at $59 flat within 15 miles of Eustis. Beyond 15 miles, it's $4 per additional mile. Setup and teardown are always included in the delivery fee — no hidden charges.
How far do you travel?
We serve most of Central Florida within a 25-mile radius of Eustis — including Mount Dora, Tavares, Leesburg, Sanford, and more. Not sure if we reach you? Call or text us at 407-454-1320.
Do you set up and tear down?
Delivery and pickup are always included, and tent setup and teardown is always free. Full chair and table setup is available at checkout — $0.95 per chair and $2.95 per table.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead for weekends. That said, call us even for last-minute needs — we do our best to accommodate short notice when availability allows.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards online. You can pay a deposit to hold your date, with the balance charged automatically 48 hours before your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 7 or more days before your event for a full refund (minus any damage waiver fee). Cancellations within 7 days forfeit 50% of the order total.
